3. Product Information
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, measurements, prices, and other information are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur, and slight variations may arise.
In particular:
• colours and finishes may appear differently depending on screen settings
• the appearance, scale, or fit of jewellery may vary from person to person
• product images may be enlarged or reduced to show detail
• measurements may have small tolerances
• stock availability may change without notice
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where required by law, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully authorized.
5. Orders
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 3–5 business days.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:
• the product is out of stock
• errors in pricing or product information
• payment authorization issues
• fraud, security, or misuse concerns
• unusual or suspicious activity
If we are unable to process your order after payment, we will notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations and Address Changes
If you wish to cancel your order or update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible, and ideally within 12 hours of placing your order.
We are unable to cancel orders or make changes to the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Responsibility for the products transfers to you once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges in the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect address details, or events outside our reasonable control.
Delays do not entitle you to cancel or refuse delivery except where required by applicable law.
Unclaimed or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details, this will not be treated as an authorised return.
We may deduct from any refund:
• original shipping costs (where applicable)
• for orders sent with free shipping, a €4 handling fee to help cover part of the original shipping and processing costs
• return shipping fees charged by the carrier
• any direct costs incurred as a result of the return

8. Intellectual Property

• using product images on other platforms or marketplaces
• copying or adapting product descriptions
• using our brand, logo, or identity in a misleading way

No licence is granted except for personal, non-commercial use of the website.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to, delays or disruptions caused by postal services, courier networks, customs processing, strikes, industrial action, severe weather, supply chain disruptions, or failures of telecommunications or transport systems.
