If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to help — here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Faulty, incorrect, or missing items

Every order is carefully checked before it leaves us, but if something arrives faulty, incorrect, or not quite right, email us as soon as possible with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo of the item.

We’ll look into it and get it sorted as quickly as possible.

If you received one earring instead of a pair, please check your order confirmation first — many of our earrings, ear cuffs, and piercing pieces are sold individually so you can mix and match.

Of course, if something is missing by mistake, we’ll help make it right.

Refund processing

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size, style, or finish, you can return the original item and place a new order.

Earrings & piercing jewellery

We accept returns on earrings, as long as they have not been worn or tried on and are returned in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on piercing jewellery.

How returns work

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and sent back in their original packaging.

To start a return, sign in to your customer account and open the order you’d like to return. Select the item you’d like to send back, choose a return reason, and submit your request.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we’ll send over the return instructions and return address.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, as we do not provide return labels at this time. We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return reaches us safely.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders sent with free shipping, a €4 deduction will be applied to help cover part of the original shipping cost.

If an item is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet our return requirements, we may issue a partial refund depending on its condition.
