We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days. Please note that orders are only processed Monday - Friday, as we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. All Tracked Airmail orders and can be tracked on the website of your country’s National Postal Service (e.g. USPS in the United States). If you choose DHL Express, your order will be trackable on the DHL Express website.
We process orders quickly but we’ll do our best to accommodate any change request. As soon as you can, contact us whether you’d like to update your shipping information, add more items to your order or cancel your order, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that we are unable to cancel or update your order once it has been shipped.
All orders are shipped from our sunny studio in Athens, Greece.
Yes we do! All international orders over €60 receive free shipping via Registered Airmail. For international orders below €60, we offer Tracked Airmail at €5.95 for all destinations.

While we will always do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you on time, please bear with us as certain conditions such as international customs delays and public holidays are beyond our control. More specific shipping information can be found in our Shipping page.
DHL Express Shipping takes 1-2 days to be delivered in Europe, and 1-2 days for delivery to the US & 2-4 days for the rest of the world.
We would hate to see your package end up in the wrong hands, so all orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the postal company will leave a delivery notice and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
If you won’t be home to sign for your package, we are happy to send it to your office instead, or remove the signature requirement- just reach out to email@example.com and we can change it! Please note: If we remove the signature requirement, we unfortunately can’t assist in the event the package is lost or stolen in transit.
For deliveries in Greece, we offer flat rate Registered Shipping at €3.50 and free shipping for all orders over €50. Delivery time is 1-2 days via Courier and we also accept “Cash on Delivery” with a surcharge of €2.40.
Don't worry, it's rare that a delivery is ever lost. If your package still hasn’t arrived or is showing as delivered and wasn’t, please contact us right away. We are happy to look further into it for you!
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Paypal. All payments are processed via Stripe secure payment.
Your personal online security is very important to us. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. To help ensure your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders.
All transactions are processed in Euros(€). All other currencies (£GBP/$USD) are approximate currency conversions for display purposes only. If your card is not charged in Euros(€) but in a different currency, then you will be charged in accordance to the exchange rate of the day your card issuer proceeds with the transaction.
Orders within the EU will not be subject to any additional charges. Countries outside the EU may occasionally impose customs to international packages. Most packages go through without any charges, but please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges duty. Custom fees and import duties are not included in the purchase price. The buyer is ultimately responsible for all custom fees, import duties, and taxes should these be imposed so if you have concerns about this, please find out about country’s customs and duty policies prior to purchase.
Materials & Care
All our jewellery is made of solid .925 sterling silver or 18k gold-plated over .925 sterling silver and finished with a protective anti-tarnish coating. They are all nickel-free and hypoallergenic. These pieces will have a .925 hallmark, which is the hallmark for sterling silver. Once plated we coat each piece in a clear e-coating, which is a protective layer to add longevity.
All sterling silver jewelry is delicate in nature and special care must be taken to keep it looking its best. When not using, keep your jewelry in its box or a ziploc bag to help prevent any oxidation. Remember to remove your jewelry when applying perfume, lotions and sprays and when showering, exercising or swimming. Each Emery Studio order comes packed in our signature jewelry boxes which include a personalized name card and a care guide. To reduce waste, we often put an order with multiple pieces in the same gift box. If you would like your order to be boxed separately or only part of your order is intended as a gift, please leave us a note at Checkout and we’ll be happy to box separately.
The best way to stay in the know and be notified is by adding your email to the waitlist or by signing up to our newsletter, as we reintroduce items often and make new additions weekly.
Take a ring of your own that fits the finger where you want your ring to be. Measure the inside diameter of your ring with a ruler in mm. Compare to our Ring Size Guide to determine your size. The ring sizes shown on the product pages are US sizes. If you find that the ring falls between two sizes, it is best to order the next size up. As ring sizes are not universal, please be advised that there may be slight variances between our sizes and those by other brands. If you're still unsure and need help, don’t hesitate to contact us.
We want you to love your jewellery and so we offer refunds on all jewellery (with the exception of pierced earrings) returned to us within 14 days of delivery. These products must be in their new and unworn condition, with all cards and the original jewelry box intact.
We’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders and customers are responsible for the return shipping of their order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, therefore we strongly advise you to return your goods with registered mail and retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed that your package has been received at our facilities in perfect condition.
Regrettably, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pierced earrings in the interest of hygiene for all customers, unless faulty.
Once we receive the package sent to us, we will review the returned item we will issue the refund immediately. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. It can take 2-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
All orders are carefully packaged and quality checked prior to shipping. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault. If you happen to receive any faulty items or an incorrect item please contact us immediately with a photo of the defect or the incorrect item you received as well as your order number and we’ll make it up to you!
