If you've upgraded to tracked shipping, you'll be able to follow the parcel through your local postal service once it arrives in your country.
If you haven't received tracking details, email us at contact@emery-studio.com.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or tracking seems stuck or incorrect, contact us at contact@emery-studio.com and we’ll look into it. Delays can happen due to customs, local postal services, or public holidays. In most cases, parcels are simply delayed and arrive shortly after, even if tracking makes it look otherwise.
If anything goes wrong in transit, we’ll always make it right.

If the parcel needs to be resent due to an address issue, additional shipping fees will apply.
If you prefer a refund, original shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders sent with free shipping, a €4 deduction will be applied to help cover part of the original shipping cost.

Product Information
Every piece starts with 925 sterling silver — never brass, never stainless steel. That means a real precious metal base, a lighter, finer feel, and jewelry that’s gentler on sensitive skin.
Our gold pieces are finished with 18 karat gold over sterling silver for a soft, warm tone that looks natural and polished — not overly yellow or brassy.
Our silver pieces are finished with rhodium over sterling silver, which helps protect the surface and reduces tarnishing by more than 10 times compared to unplated sterling silver.
Because the base matters.
Brass is commonly used in fashion jewelry, but it can be irritating for sensitive skin and is more likely to cause green marks.
Stainless steel is strong and practical, but it often has a cooler, more industrial feel.
We use 925 sterling silver because it’s a real precious metal. It gives our jewelry that warm, elevated look — closer to fine jewelry, but made for everyday wear. It feels better, wears better and is a much better option for sensitive skin, while still being light enough for everyday wear.
Yes. Our pieces are nickel-free and made with sensitive skin in mind.
Because we use 925 sterling silver as the base — not brass or stainless steel — our jewelry is a gentler option for everyday wear, especially if your ears tend to react to standard fashion jewelry.
As with all jewelry, individual sensitivities can vary. If you have a known metal allergy, feel free to get in touch before ordering and we’ll help guide you.
No, it won't turn your skin green — that's a brass problem, and we don't use brass.
Sterling silver can naturally tarnish or darken over time, especially in areas that come into close contact with skin, moisture, and oils — like earring posts.
Our silver pieces are finished with rhodium plating to help reduce tarnishing, and our gold pieces are plated over sterling silver, not cheaper base metals.
Gold plating is a finish, so some natural wear over time is normal — especially with frequent exposure to water, sweat, perfume, lotions, or friction.
Things like skin pH, frequency of wear and how a piece is cared for can all make a difference. Earrings, necklaces and bracelets usually hold their finish much longer because they don’t get as much contact. Rings work harder — washing hands, typing, carrying bags, opening things — so they’re the most likely to show wear first.
With a little care and some rotation, your pieces can stay looking beautiful for a long time. If a piece ever wears unusually quickly, get in touch and we’ll take a closer look.
Best to take it off when you can. A little water here and there isn’t the end of the world, but showering regularly with your jewelry may wear down gold plating over time.
If it happens, no panic — just dry your pieces well afterwards.
A little care goes a long way. Our jewelry is made for everyday wear, so you don’t need to overthink it. Just try to avoid regular exposure to water, perfume, lotions, cleaning products, and heavy sweat. We recommend removing your pieces before showering, swimming, working out, or washing dishes — especially rings.
If they do get wet, no panic: dry them well afterwards. A quick wipe with a soft cloth after wear will help keep them looking their best. When you’re not wearing them, store them in their box or in a small airtight bag.
Many of our earrings are sold as either a single earring or a pair — perfect for mixing, matching, and curating your own ear. Ear cuffs and piercing jewelry are sold as singles, while some styles that are traditionally worn as a pair are only sold in pairs.
This is always stated clearly on the product page and in the product details, so we recommend checking before placing your order.
Check our size guides — they'll get you most of the way there. We also include dimensions on every product page so you can get a sense of scale before ordering (inner diameter, outer diameter, stone size — whatever's relevant to the design). Still unsure? Get in touch. We're happy to help.
We check every clasp before shipping, but hinged hoops can shift slightly under pressure. Sterling silver is naturally malleable, which is part of why it's comfortable — but it also means a post can occasionally stop clicking into place. Good news: it's almost always an easy fix. Bend the post very slightly upward with your finger, then close it again.
A tiny adjustment is usually all it takes to hear the click again.
This is actually very common. Earrings can look surprisingly different from person to person depending on ear size, lobe shape, and piercing placement. The same style may look smaller on one ear and larger on another, so product photos are meant as a guide, not an exact 1:1 preview.
We include measurements on every product page to help with this, and if you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, you’re always welcome to contact us.
If the size isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return the item in line with our return policy.
Sterling silver can naturally change a little over time, especially with pieces you wear often. Water, skincare, perfume, sweat, and everyday friction all leave their mark eventually. If a piece seems to have changed faster than it should, send us your order number and a couple of clear photos. We'll take a look.
