Customs & duties
Orders to the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States are delivered with no additional duties or taxes due on arrival.
For other countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your location and order value. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

Where your order ships from
All orders are shipped from our studio in Athens, Greece.
Getting your order ready
We’ll usually have your order on its way within 1–2 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, this may take a little longer, but we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping options
Returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re happy to resend it. Additional shipping fees will apply.
If you prefer a refund, this will exclude original shipping costs. For orders sent with free shipping, a €4 deduction will be applied to help cover part of the original shipping cost.

We’re not able to make changes once an order has been shipped, but if you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before it goes out.
If your order is taking longer than expected
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or tracking seems stuck or incorrect, contact us at here and we’ll look into it.
Delays can happen due to customs, local postal services, or public holidays. In most cases, parcels are simply delayed and arrive shortly after, even if tracking makes it look otherwise.
If anything goes wrong in transit, we’ll always make it right.
Tracking your order
Orders sent with standard shipping show tracking until they are processed at the Frankfurt hub in Germany, with no updates after that. This is normal and doesn’t affect delivery.
For more detailed tracking, you can upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout. Tracked shipping continues through your local postal service once the parcel arrives in your country.
