From where do you ship?
All orders are shipped from our sunny studio in Athens, Greece. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! All orders over €80 receive free shipping via Standard Airmail.
How much is shipping to Greece?
For deliveries in Greece, we offer flat rate Tracked Shipping at €3.50 and free shipping for all orders over €40. Delivery time is 1-2 business days via ACS Courier.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly but we’ll do our best to accommodate any change request. As soon as you can, email us at contact@emery-studio.com whether you’d like to update your shipping information, add more items to your order or cancel your order, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that we are unable to cancel or change the delivery address of your order once it has been shipped.
What do I do if the good haven’t arrived?
Don't worry, it's rare that a delivery is ever lost. If your package still hasn’t arrived or is showing as delivered and wasn’t, please email us right away. We are happy to look further into it for you!
How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

All other countries outside the EU may occasionally impose customs to international packages.
