Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We want you to love your jewellery and so we accept returns on all jewellery returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Simply let us know if you wish to return an item at email@example.com. These products must be in their new and unworn condition, in their original packaging.
Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded unless items as faulty and we are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of return shipping at this time . We strongly recommend using a secure trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us.

When will my refund be credited into my account?
Once we receive the package sent to us, we will review the returned item and we will issue the refund immediately. We are not able to refund customs duties and sales taxes for orders sent to destinations outside the EU. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. It can take 2-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
I have received a faulty/incorrect product, what should I do?
All orders are carefully packaged and quality checked prior to shipping. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault. We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your Emery Studio jewellery. If you happen to receive a faulty item please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the defect as well as your order number and we’ll make it up to you!
